At the end of this course, the students; 1) Shoot the static scenes. 2) Shoot the scenes which use moving stages and moving players 3) Shoot the scenes which use moving cameras. 4) Shoot the scenes which use moving stages, moving players and moving cameras. 5) Manage to plan the shots using various shooting techniques.

COURSE DEFINITION
With this course, students will use in different situations, to determine shooting techniques and competencies will perform shots.
COURSE CONTENTS
WEEK
TOPICS
1st Week
Inform the students about the content of the lecture and introduce the lecture. Shooting the stable scenes. Shooting the scenes with one player. Shooting thespeech scenes with two players.
2nd Week
Two-shot in speech scenes. Three-shot in speech scenes. Crowd scene shots.
3rd Week
The importance of movement for shooting. Motion within the frame. Shooting the scenes with moving players/objects.
4th Week
Entry and exit movements to the frame. Dolly-in and dolly-out movements.
5th Week
Crowd scenes in establishing shots. Shooting the movements of multiple players/objects.
6th Week
Camera movements and the principles of usage.
7th Week
Pan movement. Paused pan movement, pan and scan, tarama, panoramic pan, flash Pan, Two-sided pan.
8th Week
Midterm Exam
9th Week
Tracking movement. Zoom. Paused tracking. Linear tracking. Nonlinear tracking. Pan movement during tracking.
10th Week
Movement of the camera and the player/object to the same direction. Movement of the camera and the player/object to opposite directions. Tracking speed. Dolly-in and dolly-out to the tracking camera.
11th Week
Final projects of the students which allow them use the shooting techniques they have learned by practicing short scripts.
12th Week
Final projects of the students which allow them use the shooting techniques they have learned by practicing short scripts.
13th Week
Final projects of the students which allow them use the shooting techniques they have learned by practicing short scripts.
14th Week
Discussion and evaluation of the final projects.
