COURSE DEFINITION
The basic topics that will be covered in this course are: Analysis of economical, legal, financial, behavioral, psychological, social and cultural aspects of intrepreneurship and entrepreneurship; discussing the leadership in terms of leadership theories, motivation, communication, team work and creativity; defining the entrepreneurship-leadership relation and the factors affecting the entrepreneurship; case studies both at local and international level.
