At the end of this course, the students; 1) Know the concepts of uncertainty and risk. 2) Can use risk management techniques in insurance in practice. 3) Learn Root Cause analysis and can use it in practice. 4) Learn the risks encountered in the sector. 5) Learn the claim analysis in different branches and can use it in practice. 6) Do the applications of risk theory.

COURSE DEFINITION | In the course, which aims to inform the students about the concept of risk in insurance and to increase their awareness about risk management techniques in the insurance sector, subjects such as risk types in the insurance sector, insurance mechanism and risk management and damage studies in different insurance branches will be discussed. |
