At the end of this course, the students; 1) Combine the insurance law and general law knowledge. 2) See the insurance law references as a whole. 3) Look to physical insurance problems with the right references and in the right order. 4) Learn the rule of professional in insurance sector. 5) Dominate the rules of insurance law in advance level. 6) Determine the comprehension of disclosure and information principles and good faith in insurance law. 7) Compare with the new Turkish Trade Law that will come into force. 8) Recognize the new institutions insurance law field.
