LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT	At the end of this course, the students; 1) Describes common oral and maxillofacial hard tissue lesions 2) Defines common soft tissue lesions in the mouth and surrounding tissues 3) List the general features, clinical and radiographic characteristics of benign and malignant lesions 4) Creates a diagnosis and treatment plan by combining clinical and radiographic evaluation findings 5) Defines dental and craniofacial anomalies 6) Recognize the findings of systemic diseases in the mouth and surrounding tissues 7) Evaluate how an individual's medical conditions may affect the provision of dental care 8) Have extensive knowledge of conventional and advanced imaging techniques used in dentomaxillofacial radiology and know in which situations these techniques will be used
