LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT	At the end of this course, the students; 1) Takes anamnesis for endodontic evaluation, makes the correct diagnosis of the need for endodontic treatment and makes treatment planning by using clinical examination and different diagnostic techniques. 2) Knows and applies the appropriate treatment steps for the endodontic treatment plan. 3) Knows the root canal anatomy and selects the appropriate root canal instrument. 4) Knows and applies pulp and periapical tissue diseases and treatment methods. 5) Knows the retreatment of root canal treatment. 6) Selects and applies the appropriate anesthetic solution for the patient's systemic disease. 7) Provides decontamination, disinfection, sterilization and antisepsis during endodontic treatment. 8) Writes a prescription for prophylaxis, pain control.
