COURSE CONTENTS	WEEK TOPICS 1st Week Historical development of execution, the basic principle of execution, goal of execution law, basic principles of execution law 2nd Week Relationship between execution law and other branches of law, execution law in international law, systems of execution 3rd Week Penal execution institutions in our country 4th Week Field of application of execution law in respect of time, execution of sentences, Turkish penal system 5th Week Execution of prison sentence, Sanctions precedent for sentence to short-term imprisonment, Special modes of execution for short-term prison sentences 6th Week Postponoment of execution, judicial fine, the execution regime applicable to recidivists 7th Week Admission of Convicts to Penal Execution Institutions, Informing convicts, their relatives and those concerned, Observation and classification 8th Week Midterm Exam 9th Week Rights of Convicts 10th Week Obligations of convicts, Employment of convicts, Visits and meetings of convicts 11th Week Items that may be kept in the penal execution institution, prohibited items to bring into the institution, Disciplinary penalties 12th Week Reasons that prevent or end execution, transfers; Transfers of convicts to another institution, transfer to open penal execution institution 13th Week Leaves in penal executioın institution, personnel of penal execution institution, comittees in penal execution institution 14th Week Execution judge, monitoring boards, controlled freedom
