LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT	At the end of this course, the students; 1) will be able to make the distinction between the statutory heir and the irrational heir; 2) will have information regarding Opening and Acquisition of Heritage Rejection of Self-Acquired Inheritance and on Inquisition Case Due to Inheritance; 3) will be able to define the terms such as possession, title deed, right of ownership in property law; 4) will be informed about the rules concerning Family Law 5) will able to apply abstract legal rules of actual cases.
