COURSE DEFINITION	Organization of the court and judicial officers, principles in judgement and procedures for judgment, duty of the courts, jurisdiction of courts, concept of lawsuit, parties, and power of attorney in a lawsuit, conditions for lawsuit and types of lawsuits, initiation of lawsuit and results (exchange of petitions phase), litigation (investigation phase and litigation), proof and evidence(deed and document, conclusive evidence), discretionary evidence, oral proceeding and judgment, types of court decisions and concept of judgment are taught in the course.
