At the end of this course, the students; 1) Will be able to point out how criminal law overlaps with other fields of law. 2) Will be able to identify elements of crime in a case. 3) Will be able to differentiate between malicious intent, non-malicious intent, and recklessness in a case. 4) Will be able to understand the basic concepts of criminal law.
