LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT	At the end of this course, the students; 1) define the relations between various units of the sector where practical training is realized, to learn how the coordination is established. 2) monitor the procedure relating to the application of law, to realize the main problems faced 3) study, comment and evaluate the basic legal documents and law suit files in the minimum necessary level. 4) use the IT equipment in the Office, to develop their efficient usage. 5) record and file the documents and files studied during the practical training. 6) Use F keyboard fast writing technique write a statement of claim and other relevant legal document to be notified.

COURSE DEFINITION
COURSE CONTENTS	WEEK TOPICS 1st Week The position of the vocational personnel employed either by private or public sector relating to legal services and their work definition. 2nd Week To bring out the organizational scheme of the institution where practical training is realized and arrangement of the workflow. 3rd Week The steps regarding the procedure of application of law, methods relating to the solution of the problems faced. 4th Week Study of the legal documents and law suit files, making the records, filing techniques. 5th Week Writing a statement of claim and other relevant legal document in the UYAP System. 6th Week Reporting of the knowledge and skills gained in the requested official format and basis of evaluaiton.
