At the end of this course, the students; 1) will be able to identify the subject and the scope of administrative law. 2) define the basic organization of the administration. 3) distinguish the administrative activity of the administration from the ones of the legislation and judiciary. 4) analyse the elements of administrative actions (competence, procedure, cause, subject, purpose).
