COURSE DEFINITION
The main aim of this course is to introduce the theoretical and practical aspects of real estate valuation. Topics such as basic principles of real estate valuation, construction information, valuation process, valuation techniques, real estate market, real estate finance, time value of money, interest calculations, mortgage loans, valuation standards and reporting, international regulation standards in capital markets will be covered.
