LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT |
At the end of this course, the students; 1) Learn organizational change, causes of change, relationship between change and development and change problems. 2) Master the learning concept and types of learning which are the basic components of change. 3) Learn relationship between organizational learning and organizational culture, types of organizational culture and the difficulties of learning organizations.

COURSE DEFINITION | Organizational change, reasons for change, relation between change and improvement, problems of change subjects will be studied. Also, organizational learning which is an key factor for change ve types of change will be discussed. Relation between organizational learning and organizational culture, types of organizational culture and the difficulties for organizational learning will be discussed by the cases. |
