COURSE DEFINITION
This is the beginning core course for the Master of Technology Management (MTM) program. The course is designed to include the subjects of innovation, organizational complexity, integrated business systems, change, and technology transfer. Also, in this course functions of management, characterics of technology, adoption, acquisition, diffusion and protection of technology are discussed. The course subjects are supported with up-to-date cases and academic sources and these cases are evaluated at the firm, national and international level.
