At the end of this course, the students; 1) Gain technical knowledge and skills in project management. 2) Know how to classify and organize projects. 3) Can perform risk analysis, which is the project manager's primary responsibility. 4) Learn which characteristics the project manager should have, their duties and responsibilities. 5) Know how to manage project information at various stages of the project as they master the phases of the project management process. 6) Have knowledge about the creation, management and evaluation of the project outputs of the project team.

COURSE DEFINITION
The definition, classification, organization of project, risk analysis and documentation are the main subjects of the course The characteristics, the tasks and finding out the responsibilities of project manager will also be examined during the course. The subjects of how to to investigate the steps of project management process, forming and managing a project team, evaluation of project outputs will be discussed in detail and supported with cases.
