At the end of this course, the students; 1) examines the developments and regulations related to insurance law, 2) learns the benefits of insurance, its historical development and the basics of the concept of insurance. 3) the concept and establishment of the insurance contract, the order of the provisions to be applied to the insurance contract, 4) gains the ability to solve problems with examples of the principles and rules of insurance law and their application.
