At the end of this course, the students; 1) 1. Understand the regulations concerning the banking sector from past till present. 2) 2. Understand the justifications behing the legal arrangements. 3) 3. Have knowledge about the difference samong of the legal arrangements. 4) 4. Understand the sub arrangements concerning the latest regualtions. 5) 5. Understand the applications of legal arrengements by banks and discuss the similarities and diferences of the resuts od these applications.

COURSE DEFINITION | This course aims to present the legal practices that takes place in the banking sector from its early days. Regulations within a time perspective, changes in these regulations and their effects on the banking sector will be thoroughly discussed. |
