COURSE DEFINITIONOrganizations (SMEs) increase level of welfare by contributing socio-economic stability. They also play a big role in improving work environment by increasing society?s productivity capacity. The socio-economic transition caused by economic distress in 1970s has led SMEs to become prominent. Global financial crisis caused a number of companies to resign, especially in emerging countries. In this respect, this course enables managers to come up with market-oriented solution offers to survive and preserve their existence in socio-economic view for firms struggling from financial bottleneck.
