COURSE DEFINITION | Interaction with the external environment has become a prominent factor for organizations in determining organizational success under the influence of globalization. Organizations must adopt the appropriate structures and applications according to the sectors they operate in. Nowadays, there is no single best organizational design that promotes competitive advantage for all organizations. In this sense, in order to achieve competitive advantage, organizations must be designed according to their external environment. In this course, designing organizations with respect to proper elements will be covered. Managers will have the competence of knowing organizational variables and realizing adaptations that leads competitive advantage. |
