1) Will learn about the accounting and economic drivers that motivate the use of Project Finance
2) Understand key elements at critical points in a project timeline.
3) Comprehend management of risks including construction, supplier, market demand, market price, credit and political/country
4) Understand the project finance process and how to select the best deals for investment
5) Recognize the key political and currency risks in project finance

COURSE DEFINITIONPublic-Private Partnership (PPP), in order to implement the infrastructure and superstructure projects, is known as the agreements where public and private sector finance projects concerning especially the management of environment, dwellings, transportation, water and solid waste and also cooperate for managing the enterprise. This course enables managers to analyze the results yielded by public-private partnerships by providing the opportunity to understand how these agreements can be made through providing examples from business life.
