COURSE DEFINITIONThis course deals with the economic and political environment in which enterprises take place. The leaders have had to formulate and manage the reactions of their enterprises against the external environment during their careers. Moreover, some leaders have had the opportunity to shape the external environment by influencing the government policies. The key economic, politic and social factors affecting the environment of enterprises will be explained in this course. The subjects of management and leadership will be examined considerably. This course also covers the policies influencing millions of people and adaptable to almost all companies doing business in Turkey.
