COURSE DEFINITION | One of the most important factors which increase the organizational productivity, innovativeness, job satisfaction and committment is the effective management and coordination of the human resource of organizations. Contemporary organizations, instead of using classical job designs, envisage the jobs within the organizations in accordance their human capital. Organizations have to meet the rapid demands of the information age and enrich available works. The organizations which do not design jobs in accordance with the human resource face with over-employment, low productivity, low performance and burnout of staff. The organizations which effectively manage the human capital enhance the value of intangible assets, decrease the transaction costs and more quickly adapt to the innovations. Within the scope of this course, managers shall acquire the skills of human capital management and job design that meet current job demands and adapt to the changes by being flexible. |
