LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT |
At the end of this course, the students; 1) Learn to write projects suitable to academic writing rules 2) Know how to produce scientific work appropriate to ethical principles 3) Can examine problems in organizations from a broader perspective. 4) Be aware of the current social and economic problems that organizations are encountering. 5) Can adapt the methods and techniques used in different fields in a unique way to their own fields. 6) Can use their analytical thinking skills to find optimal solutions to the problems they encounter in their working life.

COURSE DEFINITION | Participants have to prepare an extensive term project in order to graduate from the program. Term project has to follow certain academic rules and principles. A personal project consultant will be assigned to each participant. Consultant assignment will be based on the content of project. At the final stage, students will present their reports to various business experts. |
