At the end of this course, the students; 1) Gain detailed knowledge of the operations of transportation sector. 2) Gain competencies and abilities required to manage people and other resources in the transport sector 3) Develop and enhance communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills 4) Learn differences and similarities between various kinds of transportation systems. 5) Learn system analysis to transportation, logistics, and supply chain management 6) Learn transportation systems political,ethical and legal rules and standards

COURSE DEFINITION | This course aims managers to learn both national and international applications of transportation sector, managerial implementations, fundamentals of policies and quantitative methods used in the analysis of transportation systems. The course covers fundamental concepts, management in transportation sector, transportation technologies, economic analysis of transportation alternatives and transportation risk management and safety. |
