At the end of this course, the students; 1) Learn the working forms and configurations of the Financial Sector in Turkey. 2) Learn the working forms and configurations of the Financial Sector in the World. 3) Know financial sector specific ethical rules 4) Learn Business Principles of Stock and Intermediary Institutions 5) Can read and interpret financial statistics of companies 6) Can generate financial statistical reports for the companies.

COURSE DEFINITION | Banks, insurance firms, companies specialized in investment funds, financial leasing and factoring are the main players of financial sector. In our country, percentage of financial sector in overall economic activity has been increasing day by day. Banks? total assets covers 90% of the financial sector by the end of 2015. This course helps financial sector employees and managers gaining skills they need in order to improve their performance in highly competitive financial sector environment. With this reasoning, financial concepts and methods will be covered and there will also be real life cases and speakers from sector. |
