At the end of this course, the students; 1) Learn the effects of state institutions on firms. 2) Comprehend bidding and bargaining strategies. 3) Know the legal obligations of doing business with the public. 4) Being aware of the ethical responsibilities of doing business with the public.

COURSE DEFINITION | This course deals with the economic and political environment in which enterprises take place. The leaders have had to formulate and manage the reactions of their enterprises against the external environment during their careers. Moreover, some leaders have had the opportunity to shape the external environment by influencing the government policies. The key economic, politic and social factors affecting the environment of enterprises will be explained in this course. The subjects of management and leadership will be examined considerably. This course also covers the policies influencing millions of people and adaptable to almost all companies doing business in Turkey. |
