COURSE DEFINITIONOral history consists of spoken memories, stories, and songs, and the study of these, as a way of communicating and discovering information about the past. Oral History is designed for students who are willing to learn making a film related different oral history methods.
COURSE CONTENTS
WEEKTOPICS
1st Week Introduction.
2nd Week What is oral history? How can it be done? Theorical concept.
3rd Week Topics of oral history; History of family, History of case, History of organization.
4th Week Relation of digital story and oral history.
5th Week Watching and discussing some tv programmes related of oral history.
6th Week Watching and discussing some documantries related of oral history.
7th Week Methods of interwiev and construct guestions. Practices with students.
8th Week Midterm
9th Week Presentations of projects and discussing.
10th Week Presentations of projects and discussing.
11th Week Production process.
12th Week Applying studies and practices in studio.
13th Week Applying studies and practices in studio.
14th Week Presentations of films (Final).
