At the end of this course, the students; 1) Have the basic knowledge of methods and techniques related to cinema. 2) Have the ability of transferring his/her knowledge about cinema to a film product, can draft a creative product. 3) Learn to work as a team member whil planning the product.

COURSE DEFINITION
Students are expected to realize their short film project proposals (including documentary, experimental and making of videos) created in Short Film Production I. This semester is organized as a step-by-step production journey through three major steps of film production: Pre-production (crewing up, shooting plan, script breakdown, choosing the cast, location scouting etc.), Production (shooting, directing actors, continuity, regie etc.) and Post-production (editing, sounc mixing etc.). The course focuses on the process from script to screen. The learning process centers around the student's own ideas and works. The course expects the students to realize their short film projects, design their publicity materials and encourages them to submit their work to film festivals.
