At the end of this course, the students; 1) Learn the classical and contemporary organization theories. 2) Get familiar with the concepts organization, group, organizational identity, organizational climate and learn about the organization of the production process and different works. 3) Get theoretical information about the organizational structure of media and see the organizational structure of some media institutions by visiting them.

In this course organizational theory, organizational communication, organizational interactivity, groups in organizations, leadership, organizational culture and organizational climate are going to be evaluated within the perspective of public relations.
