At the end of this course, the students; 1) Will have the knowledge of theoretical foundations of human resources management. 2) Will understand kinds of human resources management applications and how they are conducted. 3) Will have the knowledge of human resources management practices and know how to perform these and can identify the link between personnel selection/ classification efforts and communication efforts.
