COURSE DEFINITION	In this course, the history of etiquette management, Kindness and violence, Is kindness a virtue?, Situational social manners, Office protocol, Meetings, Etiquette in communication: Writing guidelines and telephone courtesy, Etiquette in communication: Netiquette (Internet etiquette), Drinking and Eating Etiquette, Corporate Dress and Presentation, Global etiquette and social customs, Other Dos and Don'ts, Discussion about etiquette management subjected in news in mass media, Discussion about etiquette management subjected in movies and television programmes subjects are discussed.
