COURSE DEFINITION
The characteristic structural differences of documentary film is the subject of this course. From beginning to present documentary films are made in various genres. The course underlines the different documetary structures, and theories to explore their special feature. Students watch different examples documentaries from the first examples of documentaries to the latest ones.

Documentay film history of Turkey.
5th Week
Documentary genres; documentaries throuh their production forms and content, cinema and television documentaries.

Different forms in documentary.
7th Week
New media and documentary.

How to find a subject, process of establishment of a project.
