At the end of this course, the students; 1) Identify basic concepts of commercial papers. 2) Define the concept of commercial papers. 3) Identify attributions of commercial papers. 4) Categorize commercial papers. 5) Explain the concept of bill of exchange. 6) Categorize bill of exchange. 7) Explain concepts of bill of exchange. 8) Explain the concept of promissory note. 9) Identify elements of promissory note. 10) Defines concepts of endorsement. 11) Identifies sort of endorsement. 12) Defines the concept of bill guarantee in promissory note. 13) Identifies consequence of failing to pay promissory note. 14) Explains the concept of bond. 15) Identifies elements of bond. 16) Identifies consequence of failing to pay bond. 17) Explains the concept of check. 18) Identifies elements of check. 19) Identifies attribution of check and difference between the other bill of exchange. 20) Identifies the consequences of failing to pay check.
