COURSE DEFINITION
The main subjects are the fundamental rules of the bankruptcy law, definitions, basic substantive matters such as who may be a debtor, right of debtors and creditors in the bankruptcy procedure, basic rules of bankruptcy procedure, the adjudication, the sorts of bankruptcy, bankrupt estate and office, the composition with the creditors and reorganization under the Code of Civil Execution and Bankruptcy.
