LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT	At the end of this course, the students; 1) Able to identify the key concepts and principles of Enforcement Law. 2) Learn information about the kinds of enforcement procedures like ordinary debt collection procedures and debt collection procedures for commercial papers. 3) Understand the use of enforcement means by both debtors and creditors. 4) Learn the provisions concerning forced sale.

COURSE DEFINITION	The main subjects are the fundamental rules of the execution law, attachment, replevin actions which are proceed from the attachment, realization, enforcement of the courts' decisions, and cautionary attachment.
