LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT At the end of this course, the students;
1) Able to identify the key concepts and principles of Enforcement Law.
2) Learn information about the kinds of enforcement procedures like ordinary debt collection procedures and debt collection procedures for commercial papers.
3) Understand the use of enforcement means by both debtors and creditors.
4) Learn the provisions concerning forced sale.

COURSE DEFINITIONThe main subjects are the fundamental rules of the execution law, attachment, replevin actions which are proceed from the attachment, realization, enforcement of the courts' decisions, and cautionary attachment.

5th Week Actions for determination that which a person has not to be paid of a certain amount of money / Replevin actions.
6th Week Cancellation and Postponement of the Debt Collection Procedure
7th Week Attachment
8th Week Midterm Exam
9th Week Forced Sale
10th Week Debt Collection Procedures for Commercial Papers
11th Week Emptying a Real Property by Enforcement Procedure
12th Week Enforcement Procedure by a Judgment Creditor against his Debtor
