LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT At the end of this course, the students;
1) Will be able to learn about the application to the arbitration.
2) Will be able to examine for foreign element-based disputes the international arbitration rules in the international arbitration law.
3) Will be able to determine the legal difference between an application to a government court and an arbitration application.
