At the end of this course, the students; 1) Learn the characteristics and historical developments of maritime law. 2) Learn the nationalities of ships. 3) Learn the registration of ships. 4) Explain the contract of affreightment. 5) Learn the concept of collusions. 6) Describe the concepts of salvage and grant. 7) Learn the concept of general average. 8) Explain the maritime insurance.
