At the end of this course, the students; 1) Will be able to explain some procedural institutions occurred in some cases called as exceptions. 2) Will be able to explain the concept of legal remedy, the distinction between regular and extraordinary legal remedies and in particular, the remedies of appeal and cassation. 3) Will be able to define the concept of res judicata. 4) Will be able to define the actions of parties and temporary legal protections (injunctions, evidence detection). 5) Will be able to explain the establishment and duties of the courts with special authority and the procedures applied in these courts. 6) Will be able to explain mediation and arbitration institutions in legal disputes.
