LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT At the end of this course, the students;
1) Learn the contracts which give rise to the obligation to undertake to perform a work, the obligation to preserve and the obligation to guaranty performance in detail.
2) Be acquainted with the types of relationships that do not possess the characteristics of a contract.
3) Comprehend the general theory of innominate contracts
4) Be able to apply the provisions of the Turkish Code of Obligations, regarding the contracts for work and services, the agency contracts and the contracts of surety in particular.

COURSE DEFINITIONThe contracts which give rise to the obligation to undertake to perform a work, the obligation to preserve and the obligation to guaranty performance will be discussed in detail and the types of relationships that do not possess the characteristics of a contract will also be examined.
