LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT	At the end of this course, the students; 1) Explain the emergence of administrative judiciary and the Turkish judicial system. 2) Explain the organizational structure of the administrative judiciary. 3) Explain the Court of Accounts. 4) Explain the High Election Board (Election Jurisdiction). 5) Explain jurisdictional dispute.

COURSE DEFINITION	The main subjects are the administrative trial and sorts of courts, the fundamental subjects of the administrative judicial procedure.
