LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT	At the end of this course, the students; 1) Be able to make the general classification of contracts. 2) Be acquainted with the types of contracts regulated by the Turkish Code of Obligations. 3) Learn the contracts which give rise to the obligation to transfer ownership and the obligation to grant use in detail 4) Be able to apply the provisions of the Turkish Code of Obligations, regarding the contracts of sale, gifts and leases in particular.

COURSE DEFINITION	Classification of contracts regulated by the Turkish Code of Obligations will be made and the contracts which give rise to the obligation to transfer ownership and the obligation to grant use will be discussed in detail.
