LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT	At the end of this course, the students; 1) Explain jurisdiction in Administrative Judiciary. 2) Explain the concept of the party in the administrative proceedings. 3) Explain the respite in the administrative judiciary. 4) Explain the bringing administrative proceedings (petitions, linked cases) and the legal consequences arising from the lawsuit. 5) Describe the process of process of decision of casesin administrative judiciary. 6) Explains discretionary regulations related to the prosecution. 7) Describe the legal remedy in administrative jurisdiction. 8) Explain the suspention of execution and extraordinary legal remedy.
