COURSE DEFINITION	Allover the lecture concept, in the first division, it will be lectured the places of settlement and history; where in the second sense, regarding the construction code and all related laws, construction planning, parcellation, appropriation and joinder concepts will be disscussed. In the third division, the construction procedure will be the subject to the lecture.
