LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT	At the end of this course, the students; 1) Will be able to define entering into force and expitarion of administrative act. 2) Will be able to explain administrative contracts. 3) Will be able to explain public service. 4) Will be able to tell the administrative police. 5) Will be able to explain the responsibility of the administration. 6) Will be able to explain public goods and expropriation. 7) Will be able to explain civil servants.

COURSE DEFINITION	Entering into force and expitarion of administrative act will be explained. After administration acts, administrative contracts and public service will be explained, responsibility of administration subject will be examined under two subtitle as faulty liability and strict liability of administration. As the last subject of administration law, statutes of public agents will be explained.
