COURSE DEFINITIONThe historical evolution of Turkish Constitutional Law (Constitutions of 1876, 1908, 1921, 1924 and 1961) and the basic principles of 1982 Constitution; the legislative, executive and judicial branches of government and relations among them, the rules relating to the state of emergency, judicial review of the laws and the amendment of the Constitution will be examined.
