At the end of this course, the students;
1) will be able to explain the difference between the concepts of ethics and morality,
2) will be able to explain the results of correption and unethical behavior in professional life,
3) will be able to define national and international professional codes,
4) will be able to comment on the principles of professional ethics for public officials.

| COURSE DEFINITION | Principles prevailing ethical principles, national and international sources of ethical principles, structure and functioning of the ethics advisory boards in Turkey, ethics regime as the general subject of civil servants, developments related to the judicial ethics in comparative law, judicial ethics principles of the Supreme Court and the European Court of Human Rights in the case law how to interpret or evaluate how a behavior is ethical or not is the subject of this course. |
