COURSE DEFINITION	The concept of the judiciary; importance and function of the judiciary; General view of Turkish judiciary and types of judiciary (constitutional jurisdiction, judicial judiciary, administrative jurisdiction, electoral jurisdiction, account judgment and dispute jurisdiction); the principles governing the proceedings; The subject of this course is the presentation of the subjects participating in the trial directly or indirectly.
