Definition of mediation, out-of-court mediation and judicial mediation, principles of mediation and areas of mediation, stages of mediation and implementation, arbitration agreement and its effect, the form and the material validity of arbitration agreement, arbitration, arbitration and appointment procedures, task certificate, arbitration proceedings, arbitrator The ways of applying against the decisions are the subjects to be covered in the course.
