COURSE DEFINITION	The preliminary problem, the problem of waiting, the case of the case, the intervention of the case, the merging and separation of cases, the transfer of the subject of the case, the counter case, the correction, the provision of guarantees in the case, the court case, the case file to be abolished, waiver, acceptance, peace, temporary legal protection, law concept and its types; This course focuses on appeal and appeal, extradition, final judgment, trial fees, expenses and legal aid, simple proceedings, special cases, alternative dispute resolution and arbitration.
